I love Shenmue and Shenmue 2 soundtracks. Their music is great and fits the mode perfectly. I also love Super mario Galaxies soundtrack. It always gets me pumped.

Disgaea series,Final fantasy Crisis Core and Ys seven.
Especially Ys Seven,The soundtrack is almost perfection,in my honest opinion.

Hmm... I think I'll go with Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, the first one for the GameCube. I remember trying to whistle every single song for the soundtrack, and this one was the only one that usually came out decently.
