I think this goes here, but I may not know anyways, but recently I have been watching a lot more Anime and I have found 3 characters that I love Spike from Cowboy Bebop, Ken from Fist Of The North Star and Alucard from Hellsing

Hmm, I'd have to go with Vegeta. His voice is awesome, all around badass, and shows no mercy. Also, he destroys stadiums and doesn't afraid of anything.

Kenshiro, the most badass mofo in existence. Master of the fighting style of Hokuto Shin Ken, he can make peoples' heads pop with his bear hands.

I like Lelouche from Code Geass the most out of all the animes I have actually watched. He's practically an evil mastermind with good intentions.

Very good list of characters.
Of those on my list I dunno why I like Hannya from Rurouni Kenshin so much, he's just a character that stuck to me throughout the time I watched it. I remember the fight he had with Kenshin being one of my favorites and I was pretty sad when he died. The character honestly doesn't get as much love as he deserves.

Demon eyes Kyo from Samurai Deeper Kyo (The semi-trapped yet god-like badass.) Setsuna F. Seiei from Mobile suit Gundam 00 (The vengeful, headstrong badass.) Heero Yuy from Mobile suit Gungam Wing (The calculating badass.) Mugen from Samurai Champloo (The chill badass.) Sai Akuto from Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou (He's the Demon King, and has chicks flinging themselves at him day and night. I mean, come on.) Hei from Darker than Black (Known as The Black Reaper. Enough said.) Kenshin Himura from Rurouni Kenshin (He's a lovable mass murderer, what can I say?)
and I like your picture however it is owning my favorite character in DBZ
